Confident BeginnerA Jack of no Trades
Natasha Presents: Mama Wants
Well friends. Here I am.
I am in that awkward moment in life where I have an assortment of things to blog about, but I have no good pictures! My resident photographer, aka husband, is doing dumb things like ‘working’ and ‘making money’ and not catering to my every whim and desire! The nerve of some people. So, while my content remains rather slim (I promise do have such fun things to tell you), I have been using my pretend internet dollars and buying all of the fabric for my imaginary fall collection of make believe hand-made clothes.
In this assortment, you can see that I am very into grays, linens, neutrals, mustards, metallics, and little faces. Hello autumn wardrobe, I see you! JK, do you think I could make things out of ALL of these fabrics? I would have to quit my job and sew all day every day.
Are you saying I should quit my job and sew all day every day? OK I’LL DO IT! YES! I! SHOULD!
All of these fabrics can be found, ogled, and purchased from Fabric Spot, a Canadian retailer of delicious fabrics of all kinds! Fabric Spot is great because they carry a variety of substrate fabrics, like rayons and linens, as well as all of the beloved quilting weight materials from an amazing assortment of designers. Hover over the images for the fabric names, and follow this link to the website to do your own ‘researching’ aka ‘obsessive clicking’.
Also, have a great god damn long weekend friends!
